As a concierge massage practice, sessions are spaced 30 minutes apart so nothing is rushed and the environment is fully prepared for you.
Before we begin, we talk through your needs, goals, and expectations.
Sessions may include therapeutic massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, breath-work, and reiki-informed techniques.
We provide relief for chronic stress, neck pain, low back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, and sciatica.
